After
our discussions during last Wednesdays HR Round Table concerning
the 2008 IRS Fringe Benefit update, here is the link below which
will take you to the IRS Fringe Benefit Guide. It will clarify
why you need to modify your travel policy to meet the
guidelines. You may want to pass it along to your purchasing
department/auditor, too. They will need to modify your Fixed
Asset Policy to address cell phones, uniforms and take home
vehicles and make adjustments to payroll.

provided under the authority of the FBI. You can call Ms. Hill
for further information on how to apply for this service, just
mention that you got the information from her presentation at
